Yes, our headquarters and warehouse are located in Georgia, and we will have shipping points in Bangladesh and China for global import businesses.
How will we place orders?
Customers can place orders through the IXO America website.
Will orders ship fast?
Yes, all orders for in stock merchandise will ship within 24 hours.
Is shipping free?
No, we will charge for shipping using UPS or FedEx LTL services.
Can you ship using our account?
Yes, we can ship using your small package account or with the carrier of choice and bill your account. No fees for using your negotiated account.
Will there be opening parts?
When announced, each item will clearly state what parts open.
Will the models be in mass retail?
In the beginning no. A unique line will be developed for mass retail in the future.
What will your market be?
At the beginning we will concentrate on North America.
